Tour Policy:

Booking Policy:

  • Tour will only run with a minimum number of 4 participants.

  • Tour Fee will be collected in advance of the tour via an online payment only following confirmation of the tour. If you would prefer to pay with cash, kindly reach out to us directly.

  • For identification purposes, all participants should carry some form of digital ID (e.g. this can be photos of passport, drivers licences, etc). Our driver guides or suppliers may request to see your digital ID to confirm your identity, age, or other relevant details.

  • Please inform us in advance of any preexisting medical conditions, disability, illnesses or injury that may impact your participation in our tours.

  • Please inform us of the ages of any children or infants traveling with you so we can make suitable seating arrangements.

  • Our tour buses are not typically equipped to accommodate large baggage or personal equipment, kindly notify us in advance if you intend to bring any such items so we can make any appropriate preparations.

  • All participants on our tours are expected to behave with respect and kindness to other guests and staff. Failure to adhere to this may result in the termination of your participation in our tour.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Any cancellations with less than 24hrs notice will be charged 100% of the tour fee.

  • Any cancellations with 72hrs to 24hrs notice will be charged 50% of the tour fee.

  • Any cancellations with 3 days notice will receive a 100% refund.

Change in Date Policy:

  • Please contact us if you would like to change any booking date and we will do our best to accommodate this. Please note, if we are unable to accommodate this the above cancellation policy will apply or you may be charged a change fee.

Tour FAQs

  1. What will the weather be like on your tours?

    ​Melbourne is infamous for it’s unpredictable weather! Thus, we recommend bringing layers of clothing which you can easily put on or take off depending on the season.

    Note the Penguin Parade is generally all outdoors and at night thus can get a few degrees colder!

     

  2. Is dinner or lunch included in your tour?

    On our tours, we usually make time for people to enjoy dinner or lunch which is usually at your own expense. The Winery tour includes a light lunch and Puffing Billy tour includes morning tea.

  3. Can I take photos of the Penguins?

    Unfortunately, due to the harmful effects of cameras can have on the penguins, there is no photography or videography allowed at the Penguin Parade.

  4. Do you operate in rain, hail or shine?

    Yes, we operate all our tours come rain, hail or shine.

    If we receive notice of extremely dangerous weather which will severely impact the tour we will contact participants directly.

     

  5. Can you accommodate wheelchairs or people with disabilities?

    Yes, we try to accommodate all people on our tours including people with disabilities.

    However, not all our buses are equipped to accommodate wheelchairs, etc thus please inform us in advance about any disabilities so we can try organise the necessary preparations to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

     

  6. What fitness level is necessary for participation in your tours?

    Our tours require minimal to moderate fitness levels.

    Please inform us in advance of any existing medical conditions that may affect your participation in the tour.
